Directors in the nation and has been working with pools for over 40
years. Mr. Fielding recently
asked to present some of his work at the World Conference on Drowning
in Potsdam, Germany, Penang, Malaysia and Edmonton, Canada. In 2010
Aquatics International magazine
named Mr. Fielding as one of top 25 most influential leaders in the
Leadership in the United
States. Mr. Fielding was also
asked to serve
as a reviewer for the NEW National Swimming Pool Foundation
Handbook and has awards from NSPF for his teaching. Roy has been on the
development teams for the most recent editions of the American Red
Lifeguarding and Lifeguard Management textbooks since 1999.
